Today, Joe serves as the CEO of Dawg Media & Visual Effects, where he combines his expertise in both art and technology to create immersive digital experiences. He is also the driving force behind Thirsty Minds Design & Media, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering marginalized and underserved youth by providing them with opportunities to explore the gaming industry. Through Thirsty Minds, Joe teaches 3D modeling, organizes esports tournaments, and mentors the next generation of game designers. In addition to his work in the nonprofit sector, Joe is a game design teacher in an independent school district in East Texas, where he continues to inspire students to pursue careers in game development.
